\nCBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across 3 schools in the Peterborough area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £44,720 with a potential route into further career progression.\n

Hours of Work & Package Information\n

• Basic Salary of up to £44,720
\n
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
\n
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
\n
• Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
\n
• Full company uniform
\n
• PDA and Mobile phone
\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Repairing Toilets and Sinks
\n
• Unblocking Toilets
\n
• Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
\n
• Pipework inspections and repairs
\n
• Minor installation works
\n
• Flexible in helping other trades on site
\n
• Planned and reactive works
\n
• Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
\n
• To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
\n
• Full driver’s licence
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Client Facing
\n
