Are you passionate about 4x4 vehicles, off-road engineering, and modern automotive technology? Busseys is looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our growing INEOS Grenadier Service team at our Attleborough site.

This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most exciting new 4x4 brands on the market. Built with rugged capability, durability, and adventure in mind, the INEOS Grenadier represents a return to true off-road engineering — and we’re looking for technicians who share that passion.

Alongside the Grenadier range, you’ll also gain experience with the latest Ford vehicles, including hybrid and electric technology, supported by ongoing manufacturer training and development.

The Role

As part of our specialist workshop team, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and diagnosing a wide range of vehicles, with a strong focus on the INEOS Grenadier platform.

You’ll work in a modern, fully equipped workshop environment using the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems, supported by a business that genuinely invests in its technicians.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking technicians who:

• Have strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
• Enjoy problem-solving and technical challenges
• Have an interest in 4x4 vehicles and off-road engineering
• Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
• Can accurately follow repair and diagnostic procedures
• Hold a full UK driving licence

Applicants should ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance with relevant workshop experience, although Level 2 qualified technicians with the right attitude and experience will also be considered.

Experience with 4x4s, commercial vehicles, or Main Dealer environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 1 in 4 Saturdays
