Avanti is working with an innovative engineering business developing advanced industrial technology used across a wide range of global manufacturing applications. They're looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a small, highly capable R&D team where you'll have genuine ownership of electronic designs from concept through to production. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex analogue design challenges and wants to work on technically varied products rather than being pigeonholed into one small area. What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for the complete design and development of electronic hardware, including: * Analogue circuit design * Mixed-signal PCB design * Schematic capture and PCB layout * Prototype build and bring-up * Hardware testing and debugging * Product validation * Supporting manufacturing and product improvements * Working across the full product lifecycle This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll regularly be in the lab developing, testing and refining your own designs.
