Whilst we encourage applications to other roles, candidates who already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions must meet the minimum eligibility of having at least two years remaining on your current visa.

About Violets Patch:

At Violets Patch, you'll support five adults with learning and physical disabilities, including autism, Down syndrome and epilepsy, to live as independently as possible in their own homes and within their local community.

This is a rewarding role where you'll build meaningful relationships and provide personalised support that helps people achieve their goals, maintain their independence and enjoy fulfilling lives.

No two days are the same.

You could be supporting someone with everyday household tasks, helping them attend appointments or activities, assisting with medication, or providing personal care where needed.

Every person we support is unique, so we're looking for someone who is compassionate, adaptable and able to tailor their approach to meet each individual's needs, preferences and aspirations.

Some shifts involve lone working, so you'll need to be confident making decisions and providing high-quality support independently while knowing you're backed by a supportive team.

Violets Patch is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is important.
