Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
\n
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
\n
• Strong curriculum knowledge across the primary age range
\n
• The right to work in the UK
\n
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
\n

The Role

\n

As a Primary Teacher in Oldham, you will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their potential. You'll work closely with school staff to create a positive learning environment where children feel supported, challenged and motivated to succeed.

Depending on the placement, responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum

• Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress

• Differentiating lessons to support a range of learning needs

• Creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment

• Managing behaviour effectively and consistently

• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and school leaders

• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
