Site Agent

£410-£460 per dayCivil Engineering / InfrastructureTemporaryFull-timeNorwich, England Are you a Site Agent looking to be a part of exciting Civil Engineering projects?If so, this could be the ideal next step for you.Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Site Agent to join their delivery team on a Civil Engineering infrastructure project. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering complex and rewarding works. The RoleAs Site Agent, you will take full responsibility for managing a section of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be empowered to lead from the front, driving a "right first time" culture while contributing to the long-term success of the project. Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of planning, programming, and delivery of your section of works
  • Produce and monitor construction programmes and progress reports
  • Manage cost plans and oversee contractual elements of the project
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth delivery
  • Work closely with commercial teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Lead on health, safety, environment, and quality compliance
  • Review and approve RAMS, ITPs, and engineering documentation
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Works Managers to meet key milestones
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality handover of completed works
About You
  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a Site Agent or similar role within civil engineering/infrastructure
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive mindset
  • SMSTS & CSCS certification
  • Full UK driving licence
