This is a crucial role focused on pupil recruitment, relationship building, and managing the end-to-end enrollment journey. The Role As the face of the school for prospective families, you will convert enquiries into registrations through exceptional communication and a proactive "whole school" approach. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Management: Oversee the admissions process from initial enquiry to final enrolment. Relationship Building: Foster lasting connections with parents, pupils, and feeder schools. Event Coordination: Plan and execute Open Mornings, Taster Days, and Scholarship assessments. Data Analytics: Maintain the MIS (SIMS) database and provide statistical reports to the Senior Leadership Team.The Ideal Candidate Sales & Marketing Savvy: Proven ability to drive conversions and represent a brand with integrity.
