Renowned for its estate-to-plate philosophy this award-winning destination combines exceptional hospitality with outstanding seasonal food using produce harvested from its own kitchen gardens alongside the very best local suppliers. Working within a large well-structured brigade youll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while continuing to develop your own career.
This position would suit either an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step.

Working alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef youll help oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen maintaining consistently high standards while supporting and developing the wider team.
