We are seeing increased demand for Maths and English tutors within Dorset. Most of our pupils are currently out of school and often have diverse SEN/SEMH needs. Your role will be to close learning gaps, rebuild confidence, and support them in reaching their potential until they reintegrate into a suitable school placement.

The role:
Deliver personalised 1:1 support in Maths, English, or Primary subjects
Plan and deliver engaging programmes of learning
Tutor in the home environment
Support pupils of varying ages and abilities, including those with SEN and SEMH needs
Full-time and part-time hours available
Ongoing, stable workload
What you’ll need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching primary or secondary-aged children
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and supportive approach
With the support of a dedicated consultant and access to our online training academy, you’ll be well equipped to make the transition into 1:1 tuition smoothly.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
