Job description
Site Agent About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our team delivering clean water infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the construction of essential assets that provide safe, reliable drinking water to communities. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Projects may include water treatment works, pumping stations, service reservoirs, clean water pipelines, network upgrades, pressure management schemes, and associated civil engineering works. Site Agent Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day delivery of clean water infrastructure projects. * Lead Site Engineers, Sub Agents, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently. * Plan and coordinate site activities to achieve programme and contractual milestones. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. * Review and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ensure safe systems of work are followed. * Manage labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to maximise productivity and project performance. * Monitor programme progress and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and mitigate risks....
