Salary: £44,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are looking for a talented Hospitality Sous Chef to join our contract catering team. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will help deliver exceptional hospitality catering for meetings, conferences, and VIP events while maintaining high culinary standards and supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This role offers an excellent work-life balance within a professional corporate environment.

- Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering.
- Monitor food costs and minimise waste.
