Airas mission is to advance the next generation of home energy solutions creating intelligent sustainable homes for a meaningful impact. Starting with innovative heat pumps it will evolve into a comprehensive intelligent clean energy-tech system and include dynamic electrical tariffs cutting-edge home solar systems and advanced battery storage solutions.
About the role
As a Planning Agent at Aira youll be responsible for effective resource allocation to meet customer demand. Through close collaboration with the planning and logistics teams as well as technical colleagues you will ensure we are able to deliver outstanding service to customers.
Youll report to our Planning Manager but will work with Aira colleagues across the UK.
What youll be doing and what youll need
Manage installation capacity and scheduling.
Liaise with customers technicians and team leaders.
Always remain polite and professional.
Support and work closely with installation teams to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced for customer installations.
Experience with CRM systems and ERP systems would be beneficial for this role specifically Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience in previous planning logistics or customer liaison roles would be beneficial.
