Summary:
Experienced Facilities Management professional required to lead and oversee FM operations across Council properties and partner services. The role focuses on compliance contract management maintenance programmes asset management and sustainability initiatives ensuring properties are safe compliant and efficiently maintained while delivering high-quality services and value for money.
