We have exciting opportunities for passionate Commis Chef to come and join the Canopy Collaborative we call it collaborative because we work together!

As our Commis Chef you will support the seamless running of the kitchen by providing a highly efficient and effective service. Preparing cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section. Reporting to the Executive Chef or Senior Chef on duty you will have the opportunity to assist in creating menu items recipes and developing dishes.

PENNY SQUARESis our specialty casual all day dining restaurant set in a rustic and organic setting serving artisan breakfast in the morning and freshly made clay oven inspired dishes made with local sustainable ingredients in the evenings.

St. CLAREis at the heart of Canopy Central it is the perfect place to eat drink work relax or socialise. Enjoy craft coffee roasted in the neighbourhood unique cocktails and get a taste of the latest local drinks every evening.

FLORATTICA an urban rendezouvs rooftop terrace inspired by the 17th Huguenot silk weavers who made this area their home. Sip on unique cocktails and nibble on inspired bites as you take in Londons unbeatable views from a different perspective.

About you

You are passionate about creating EPIC guests experiences in particular:

• You Love all things about food
• Are interested with the happenings in our neighborhood
• Passionate about working in a safe environment managing food hygiene practices
• Always look at ways to serve and surprise each guests
• You are flexible approachable and sociable in nature
• A solid understanding of HACCP
• You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates.
