Welcome to Active Care Groupone of the UK's largest and most trusted providers of complex care. We're building a brand-new team of passionate Support Workers to support our incredible client in his family home in the charming village of Mere, Wiltshire.

Please note due to the rural location of the client's home a driver is required - we are happy to discuss travel options if you are traveling from a bit further afield than you would normally consider.

Meet the Client:

You'll be joining a truly special journey, supporting a kind-hearted gentleman whose life is filled with stories from around the world and a wonderful sense of humour that lights up the room. He shares a beautiful, welcoming home with his wifea place where warmth and laughter are part of daily life. More than just providing care, you'll be offering genuine companionship, supporting him in doing the things he loves and helping make each day full of joy, dignity and purpose.

When You'll Be Working:

  • 3 Day shifts a week
  • 8am 8:30pm

In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.

What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't just a jobit's an opportunity to support someone with advanced respiratory equipment in both his home and out in the community. With exceptional training from the renowned Lane Fox Remeo Unit and ongoing guidance from our Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll feel confident and well-prepared every step of the way.
