Support Worker Oswestry

12-Hour Shifts | Full-Time or Part-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available

Are you ready to make a real difference in someone's life and have a few laughs along the way?
We're on the lookout for a caring, fun, and reliable female Support Worker to join our team and support a lovely client in her own home in beautiful Oswestry.

Join Active Care in the Home, one of the UK's leading providers of complex care, and become part of something meaningful. In our Care in the Home team, we support people with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and other complex needs helping them live their best lives, at home.

Meet Our Client

She's fun, friendly, and loves a good chat and a giggle!
She lives with her mum, stepdad, and young daughter and family time is super important to her. Whether it's a trip out, a fresh haircut, or a scroll through social media, she's all about enjoying the little things in life.

Uses a power wheelchair
Loves getting her hair and brows done
Enjoys visiting local attractions with her daughter
Good banter and a sense of humour are a big plus!
Vapes and is vape/smoker-friendly
Dislikes untidiness, bad manners, or being left out of decisions

If you're kind, polite, tidy, and love having a laugh you'll fit right in!

In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.

  • Light housekeeping (hoovering, laundry, etc.)
  • Trips out & appointments
