Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Luggage Porter in our Concierge, you
will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for
every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring
every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities
will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide a warm welcome and
  farewell by assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Ensure guests comfort by
  making all necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports
  guest and hotel packages and parcels.
• Greets guests and escorts them
  to their rooms.
• Handle all guest interactions
  with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special
  requests whenever possible.
