This is contract catering done brilliantly. *The Role* As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operation, ensuring every customer leaves happier than when they arrived. You'll lead a talented team, deliver exceptional food and service standards, and create an environment where colleagues genuinely enjoy coming to work. A Typical Week Might Include : Making sure the morning coffee rush runs like a Formula 1 pit stop. Working with chefs to deliver fresh, exciting food offers. Analysing sales and finding ways to increase revenue. Coaching and developing your team to be their absolute best. Organising themed events, promotions and workplace experiences. Walking the floor, speaking with customers and spotting opportunities before anyone else. Managing budgets, labour costs and stock controls without breaking a sweat.
