Job description
Our leading Global Client are looking for a Production Operator to join their well established team based at their Kirkcaldy site. These roles will be for a minimum of 6 months but may go on longer depending on business needs and performance ! Reporting into the Production Team leader, your key duties will include: Mixing operator starting on mixing process - weighing up lino cement and adding pigment Cleaning equipment at colour changes Manual handling (no more than 25kg lift) Perform various labouring tasks as needed This is a rotational shift role and would suit candidates with the following key skills and experience: Detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team. Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting Excellent teamwork and communication skills Strong focus on safety and compliance with health and safety regulations Capable of handling physical tasks and manual labour) Willing to work in a dusty environment , mainly indoors Competitive Pay Structure and shift pattern : Dayshift - Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm , Frid 6am-12pm £13.20ph Backshift-Mon- Thurs 2pm-10pm, Frid 12pm-6pm £13.96ph Nightshift-Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am, Frid 6pm-12pm £15.51ph There will also be the opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates !!
