We Recruit Group has recently partnered with a leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy that operates across the UK. The business has ambitious plans to continue developing its Building Regulations Principal Designer service and is now looking to appoint an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist who is interested in taking a side step in their career and moving into a specialist compliance-led role.
You will sit within the established CDM/ Principal Designer team and support the delivery of the Building Regulations Principal Designer role across a diverse portfolio of projects. The team already has two professionals delivering this service, all from design-led backgrounds, so you will be joining a knowledgeable and supportive environment with genuine technical expertise around you.
The client base is varied and includes residential, both public and private sector, higher-risk buildings, commercial, retail, office, public sector, leisure, university and education projects.
