Our client is an independent construction consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering commercially focused advice across a diverse portfolio of projects. With a growing workload and ambitious plans for the future, they're looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a talented Quantity Surveyor.
You'll be involved in projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
The Role
As part of a collaborative team, you'll be responsible for:
About You
You'll ideally have:
✔ A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
✔ Consultancy experience within the built environment
✔ Strong pre and post-contract experience
✔ Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
✔ Confidence working directly with clients and project teams
✔ A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
✔ Newly MRICS, or working towards chartership, is advantageous but isn't essential
