We are seeking passionate, resilient, and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work within specialist schools supporting young people with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
If you have experience working with young people in youth clubs, community projects, outreach services, mentoring programmes, residential settings, or other youth work environments, you may already have the skills we're looking for.
Working with young people who face behavioural challenges requires patience, empathy, consistency, and strong relationship-building skills – all qualities that successful youth workers demonstrate every day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
