These shifts usually happen when the building is quiet, working independently alongside a manager. What you'll do : * Ensure the restaurant looks pristine and welcoming, so we hit the mark for our guests. * Sweep, mop, dust, and polish our modern rustic spaces so every corner meets our high hygiene standards. * Take absolute pride in your work, knowing that your attention to detail is the first thing guests notice when they walk in. * Work efficiently and independently during quiet morning hours to get the restaurant perfectly ready for service. * Follow our simple safety guidelines to keep the kitchen organised and a great place to work for everyone.
