The Role
As a Tour Guide / Visitor Experience Team, you'll deliver engaging guided tours while supporting the day-to-day operation of Kents Cavern. Alongside guiding, you'll assist with self-guided visitor operations, admissions, till work, retail, visitor enquiries and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the attraction.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging guided tours of Kents Cavern.
Support the safe operation of guided and self-guided experiences.
Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service.
Operate the admissions desk and till system.
Assist with retail sales and merchandising.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the attraction.
Work flexibly across departments to support the wider operation.
