Package & Benefits\n
\n • Salary £32,000 per annum plus uncapped commission with OTE of £55,000+ per annum.\n

Key Responsibilities\n
\n • Contacting existing customers to promote a range of products and identify additional opportunities.\n
\n • Managing and converting sales leads while building long-term client relationships.\n
\n • Ensuring all activity complies with IR35 requirements and internal processes.\n
\n • Achieving agreed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.\n
\n
About You\n
\n • Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, recruitment, or another target-driven sales environment.\n
\n • Proven experience of managing and converting sales pipelines.\n
\n • Knowledge of IR35 or compliance processes is advantageous but not essential.\n
\n
