Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for 2 Production Operatives to work in their facility in Welshpool

There will be a lot of heavy lifting involved with these jobs and you could be lifting up to 25-30KG

\n

For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:

1. Starting pay rate of £9.09 per hour
\n
2. 3 week Rotation shift (Including days and nights) 12 hour shifts
\n
3. Permanent position available for the right person
\n
4. Overtime available
\n

The role: Production Operative:

\n

\n
1. Provide full support and assistance to the skilled machinists
\n
2. Manual Handling weights of approximately 25kg x 5 per hour per shift
\n
3. Full training on all machinery
\n

\n

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:

\n

\n
1. Experience within a production environment is preferred, preferably with experience of automated processes.
\n
2. Experience of working as part of a team and a flexible approach to work is essential, including the ability to work the required shift pattern in line with the business needs
\n
3. Applicants should be conscientious and have experience of checking products to ensure they meet quality standards
\n
4. Sound verbal and numerical skills are required for this position
\n
5. Applicants must have good attendance and timekeeping record
\n
6. Good communication skills are essential
\n
7. Basic PC skills are required
\n
8. Full training will be provided
\n
