Night Residential Supervisor

You'll lead by example, support your team and make sure every resident receives the kind of care you'd want for your own family.

- Hours: 20-24 hours per week
- Location: Heathside ,Penketh, Warrington UK
- This role is open to Female applicants only as requested by our female residents to ensure the comfort and dignity who require personal care
In this role, you will work closely with and provide key support to the Senior Supervisor. Your days are as varied as the individuals you care for. From providing hands-on assistance to stepping up in a supervisory capacity, your adaptability will shine. Your person-centered approach ensures that every individual receives the specialised care they deserve, tailored to their unique needs. You'll be a senior figure to your colleagues, offering leadership and support while fostering a warm and respectful environment. With effective communication and a passion for making a difference, you'll be an integral part of our mission to create a caring community that celebrates growth and independence. What are we looking for
- 2 years experience working in care
- A level 2 qualification or significant experience
- An effective leader that can demonstrate the values of the organisation at all times
- Ability to lead a shift and supervise other colleagues
- Someone who is flexible and adaptable
