Founded in 2019 by renowned restaurateur Sam Harrison and
business partner Fanny Stocker. Our menus celebrate the finest seasonal produce
from across the UK, with a focus on Anglo-French cuisine. We pride ourselves on
sourcing ingredients from small artisan suppliers, ensuring quality and
freshness in every dish. Complementing our food is a carefully curated wine
list, handpicked by Sam himself, featuring selections from wineries he has
personally visited.

Role Overview:
As a Restaurant or Assistant Manager at Sam’s, you’ll be a
key part of the day-to-day leadership team- supporting smooth service,
mentoring junior team members, and ensuring every guest receives warm,
attentive hospitality. You’ll oversee shifts with confidence, help manage
bookings and floor plans, and work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to
keep everything running like clockwork. This role is ideal for someone who’s
organised, people-focused, and ready to take the next step in a hospitality
leadership career.
Pay:
Pay consists of house salary + an average of tronc
