As a mystery shopper, you will visit stores, restaurants, and various service providers anonymously to evaluate their performance and provide detailed feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mystery shopping tasks at various locations or online.
• Evaluate customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and other aspects of the service.
• Submit detailed and accurate reports based on your observations.
• Follow specific guidelines and instructions for each task.
