I am seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join a market leading organisation to play a pivotal role in managing and optimising their data infrastructure. You will be at the heart of a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and offers exposure to every facet of the business.
Senior Data Engineer - What will you be doing?
* Oversee the end-to-end management of Azure Data Factory, ensuring robust pipeline creation, maintenance, and optimisation for reliable data movement throughout the organisation.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various divisions to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
* Utilise Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports that empower teams across the business to make informed decisions based on real-time analytics.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation for all data processes, ensuring transparency and ease of knowledge transfer within the team.
* Troubleshoot issues related to data integration or pipeline failures promptly, minimising downtime and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
* Support ongoing projects by providing expert advice on best practices in data architecture, security, and governance within cloud-based environments.
