Job description
Senior Waitperson
Trump Turnberry is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals eager to join our fine dining restaurant, 1906 & The Duel In the Sun Restaurant within the Clubhouse.

Position ScopeTo ensure the achievement of departmental and the Resorts strategic goals, assist in the service
delivery of a quality food & beverage products to customers. To be able to run a venue station without
supervision, to assist in the development of food & beverage products, services and training across the
Resort. To assist in the smooth running and occasional supervision of multiple stations and the outlet.
To action guests’ requests, to recommend menu items to enhance the guest experience and to
resolve and guests’ problems. This position may be required to work across multiple outlets.

Essential Functions

  • To project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times
  • Allocate tasks to the team to ensure all duties are carried out thoroughly and on time
  • Accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests
  • Coach junior team members and train new team members
  • Ensure smooth running of your station & supervisor junior members of the team during service
  • Provide excellent luxury service to all guests
Position Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Must be able to communicate comfortably in both, written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in a similar 5 star restaurant environment is essential.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working across different outlets and/or service styles is desire.
