Job description

Job Title: Primary SEN 1:1 Support Assistant

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Agency: Teaching Personnel

Pay Rate: £95.00 – £110 per day

Contract: Full-Time (Term-Time Only)

Teaching Personnel is partnering with vibrant, multicultural primary schools in Oxford to recruit a empathetic 1:1 Support Assistant for children across the Oxfordshire area.

  • Key Duties: Implement visual timetables, deliver sensory breaks, and break down class tasks into manageable steps.
  • Requirements: Prior primary SEN experience (professional or personal); calm, reassuring demeanour; strong safeguarding awareness.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
