Sales Assistant - Weekends

Love jewellery, people and the buzz of Brick Lane? Urbiana is an independent jewellery shop in the heart of East London, and we're looking for a warm, stylish Weekend Sales Assistant to join our small, friendly team.
Weekends on Brick Lane are lively, and you'll be the face of Urbiana for everyone who walks through our door, from locals and regulars to visitors from around the world.

Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant:

• Welcome customers and help them find the perfect piece, whether it's a gift or a treat for themselves
• Share the stories behind our jewellery and make every visit feel personal
• Keep displays looking beautiful and the shop running smoothly
• Handle sales, packaging and gift wrapping with care

• Reliable and available every weekend
  Love jewellery, fashion or independent brands
• Are friendly, confident and enjoy chatting with customers
• Passionate about the wide range of products that we sell and be able to sell our great deals actively
• Friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong communication & sales skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Positive team player.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Curious to learn and grow in a small team.
• Fashion retail experience is a plus – training is provided
