What you'll be doing

Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups

Helping children build confidence, regulate emotions, and engage in learning

Adapting activities to meet individual learning needs

Creating positive relationships that encourage progress and independence

Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and the wider school team to provide the best outcomes for every child
What we're looking for

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

A calm, patient, and positive approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Experience supporting children with SEND, or transferable experience from care, youth work, health, or community settings is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
