What you'll be doing

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups

• Helping children build confidence, regulate emotions, and engage in learning

• Adapting activities to meet individual learning needs

• Creating positive relationships that encourage progress and independence

• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and the wider school team to provide the best outcomes for every child

What we're looking for

• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

• A calm, patient, and positive approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

• Experience supporting children with SEND, or transferable experience from care, youth work, health, or community settings is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
