| | Mental Health Recovery Worker Essentials: | |
| * | A genuine interest and concern for homelessness and related issues | |
| * | Ability to positively contribute to a team | |
| * | Deal promptly and effectively with challenging situations/crises in a calm manner | |
| | |
| * | Strong communication skills, clear verbal and written English | |
| * | Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word | |

| | Mental Health Recovery Worker Desirables: | |
| * | Experience of managing a caseload of clients | |
| * | Understanding of risk assessment and person-centred, outcomes-based delivery | |
