Job Title: Power Platform Infrastructure Lead

ROLE PURPOSE
This role will provide technical leadership on Microsoft s Power Platform and engage with other Infrastructure Engineers, Technical Leads, Delivery Leads, and Architects to deliver solutions to agreed designs, patterns and standards. You will manage the implementation of standards, patterns and guardrails for the environment and work closely with the Power Platform PPO and team to provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to teams using Power platform solutions, ensuring the reliability, scalability, development, and security of the environment.
The role holder will champion and lead on taking forward Power Platform as a solution for RSA.
Excellent relationships with stakeholders are key to success so proactive and clear communication is a must. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of the platform s customers (both internal and external) and working closely with the platform team to ensure the optimal solution is delivered.
The Infrastructure Lead must work closely with the Lead Product Owner and other PPOs to ensure alignment, consistency of approach and identification of efficiencies across the platform as well as the wider CCoE team to ensure consistency of standards and guardrails across our cloud and SaaS platforms.
