We're investing £250,000 in the Mount Pleasant in Kingswinford, West Midlands in November 2026 and we're looking for an operator to run the pub on a self-employed partnership agreement.

The Mount Pleasant is located in an affluent part of Kingswinford. It is a high quality two room operation with adjoining bar, a well equipped kitchen and a function room available to hire. Externally there is beer garden, which has been invested in in the last 3 years and a large car park. Great reputation for sports, especially darts currently.
The site is currently trading around £5,000 per week of which 95% are from wet sales, with the upcoming investment to transform this pub into a Grandstand pub, sales will soar beyond this.There are plenty residential areas surrounding the pub to tap into that trade. This is highly attractive as a business, with a strong wet trade and post-investment, will offer the Marston's company menu. The pub is great condition and is surrounded by a good customer base.
We’re looking for an experienced, sports-driven Pub Partner who thrives in high-energy, wet-led environments and knows how to create standout guest experiences week in, week out. Previous food experience is essential, with experience operating branded food offers a strong advantage. You’ll be commercially focused, confident leading large teams, and passionate about using sport, atmosphere and great hospitality to drive results and make your pub the place everyone wants to be.
