This premium, high-volume environment delivers exceptional food experiences across colleague dining, caf s, hospitality suites, events and conferencing spaces within one of London's most impressive corporate headquarters.

Set within a beautifully refurbished building, the operation combines innovation, quality and pace with a strong focus on fresh food and outstanding service standards. We are looking for a passionate and driven chef who thrives in fast-paced kitchens and takes genuine pride in delivering consistently high-quality food. *The Role* As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a dedicated kitchen section within the hospitality operation, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining exceptional culinary standards. *Key responsibilities include : * * Running a designated kitchen section during service * Preparing and cooking dishes in line with agreed menus and specifications * Delivering high-volume breakfast and lunch services without compromising quality * Supporting multiple food concepts including counters, grab & go and hot food service * Maintaining excellent food hygiene, HACCP and allergen compliance standards * Ensuring your section remains clean, organised and service ready at all times * Supporting stock rotation, portion control and waste reduction initiatives * Working closely with senior chefs and supporting junior team members * Contributing to a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen culture *About You* We are looking for a chef who combines strong technical ability with energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for food.
