Customer Collections Advisor
Salary: £27,976 plus bonus
Shifts: Monday-Friday
Full time, Permanent - 40 hours per week
Location: Glasgow

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Collections Advisor to join the team at our Head Office which is located just a 12-minute walk from Cowcaddens subway station and onsite parking is available.
The Role - Customer Collections Advisor
* Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team
* Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices
* To monitor and review customer debt - Collection through phone, email and letters
* Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection
* Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers
* Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems
Required Experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous telephone experience
* Previous customer service experience is desirable however not essential
* Previous experience in credit control is desirable however not essential
* Great problem solving skills
* Track record in customer query management
* Ability to work both in a team and as an individual
* Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
* Ability to strive within a busy environment
* Knowledgeable on MS Office
