Location: Burton-on-Trent
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time
\n Hourly rate: £16-19ph dependent on experience + overtime rates apply (when available).
Working Pattern: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 07:00-16:30

About the role

\n At idverde, we provide a range of Arboricultural Operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, deadwooding and tree planting, as well as ongoing tree maintenance. We are now looking for an experienced Arborists Team Leader, to join our team in Burton-on-Trent. Requirements

\n

\n
• Proven experience as an Arborist, with an eye for detail and passion for high quality tree care
\n
• Excellent understanding of arboriculture, safety protocols, care & maintenance of all equipment, plus the ability to undertake operations safely and competently, with a can-do attitude.
\n
• Working closely with both internal & field-based teams and clients, you will help drive operational excellence, support team development, and uphold the company's reputation in forestry and arboriculture services.
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.
\n
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence
\n
• Hold Relevant Industry Qualifications - these will be essential
\n

• CS30 / NPTC 201 - Level 3 Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting
\n
• CS31 / NPTC 202 - Level 3 Felling Small Trees <380mm
\n
• CS32 / NPTC 304 - Level 3 Felling and Processing Medium Trees (380-760mm)
\n
• CS38 / NPTC 203 - Level 2 Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue
\n
• CS39 / NPTC 204 - Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness
\n
• A06 Woodchipper ticket
