European Sales Manager

An Engineering European Sales Manager is required to join our client’s team in the South Lincolnshire area.

The sales manager will be responsible for developing new business across Europe while maintaining and enhancing existing customers’ requirements. You will be accountable for guiding new customers through processes from start to finish so they feel confident in their decisions. This role may include some occasional international travel, when needed.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in the flare manufacturing and combustion sector.

Your duties will include :

• Recognizing business opportunities and developing customer contact and working relations into enquiries and continued business
• Support customers to assist them with their needs
• Visiting customers sites and promoting the business and problem solve issues where required

Skills and Qualifications

This position is a permanent role that will begin in September / October 2025.

Your pay rate will be £70,000 per annum along with an excellent benefits package.

Working hours will be 8 : 30 – 17 : 00 (Monday to Friday) subject to client demand.
