Since launching in 2004 on Charlotte Street, our London family has grown to include locations in Mayfair, Canary Wharf, and Aldwych. ROKA embodies the spirit of togetherness and shared dining: (RO) represents the vibrant atmosphere, while (KA) symbolises the heat and energy of the Robata grill. About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at ROKA Aldwych. As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the ROKA dining experience — supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
