Monarch Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a successful secondary academy in Birmingham to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our supply bank from September 2026.
\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced cover supervisors, teaching assistants, youth workers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a secondary school setting.

The Role
\n\n
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-set work, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.

\nPrevious experience as a Cover Supervisor is desirable but not essential, as training and support can be provided.
