Year 3 Class Teacher Start Date: Post October half term Duration: Until July (with potential for extension) Location: Leigh Contract: Part-time (3 days a week) Tradewind are recruiting! A welcoming and vibrant primary school in Leigh is looking for a dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team on a job share working 3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a bright and enthusiastic class through a pivotal year. While the role is initially scheduled until the July break, there is a strong possibility of the contract continuing for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and teach high-quality lessons that align with the Year 5 National Curriculum, ensuring all children make progress. SATS Preparation: Support pupils in their transition toward end-of-key-stage assessments with a focus on confidence and core skills. Inclusive Environment: Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and motivated to learn. Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive KS2 team and dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide the best outcomes for students.
