Your purpose * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and general upkeep of the Kitchen, following the cleaning schedule. * Ensure all crockery, cutlery and kitchen-wear is washed as required. * Operate and clean dishwashers correctly. * Clean any heavy equipment as directed. * Clean fridges as required. * Remove all kitchen waste and store in the correct area. * Assist with basic preparation of salads, vegetables and stocks. * Ensure the Kitchen area is left secure at the end of each shift. * Maintain a high cleanliness in all team areas : canteen, changing rooms and toilets. Previous experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment is preferred. In return, what do we offer?
