As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Key Responsibilities * Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the hotel's standards. * Change bed linen and towels, replenish guest amenities, and restock supplies. * Vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitise guest rooms and public areas as required. * Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost property promptly. * Ensure all housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are clean, organised, and fully stocked. * Follow health and safety procedures, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. * Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently. * Work closely with colleagues to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests within required timescales. What We're Looking For * Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. * A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards. * Excellent time management and organisational skills. * A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team. * Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. This is a casual contract.
