What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience supporting children with SEND, particularly autism
• Strong understanding of sensory needs, communication strategies, and positive behaviour support
• Ability to build trusting relationships and adapt to individual pupil profiles
• Team player with resilience, empathy, and a proactive mindset
• Experience in school, care, or community settings with neurodiverse children

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils with autism across the school day
• Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
• Using visuals, sensory tools, and structured routines to aid engagement
• Promoting emotional wellbeing and celebrating progress
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
