Unqualified Teaching – Secondary Schools – Cover Supervising
Location: Swansea
Pay: £110 - £120 per day
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Flexible
Start Date: September 2025 (on going throughout the academic year)

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across South Wales. You do not need to be a qualified teacher – if you have the right skills, personality, and presence, we will support you to step into the role.
The Role:
Cover Supervisors are unqualified teachers who step in to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
