Job Description
We’re looking for a driven, detail-focused Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing function.
This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role at the centre of our marketing function, supporting the delivery of activity across Sport, Premium and Luxury. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience and real insight into how we operate at pace across a global business.
You’ll stay ahead of priorities, anticipate challenges and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This role isn’t about waiting to be told what to do - it’s about taking ownership, staying proactive and constantly looking to improve.
You’ll be a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and leading brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries across senior stakeholders
- Coordinating UK and international travel
- Managing and responding to emails with accuracy and pace
- Supporting the creation of Keynote and PowerPoint presentations
- Processing expenses efficiently
- Supporting the delivery and coordination of events
Qualifications
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Advanced capability in Keynote and PowerPoint
- Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Interest in sport, fashion and fitness
- London-based, with flexibility to travel when required
