Senior Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for an exceptional all-round graphic designer with superb conceptual thinking, broad illustration skills and stand-out design craft.

You’ll be proficient in developing creative strategy from brief, evolving ideas into dynamic graphic solutions, and producing design assets, style guides, promotional material and more.

The range of our work spans a diverse portfolio of entertainment brands so the ability to flex between styles and complexities is a must.

As a senior member of our Creative Team, you will be able to competently lead projects and present directly to clients, articulating the rationale behind your work and ensuring exemplary creative standards across everything we do.

You will help to mentor and direct middleweight and junior designers and actively contribute to a vibrant and collaborative creative culture.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in the studio preferred.

Required skills

Experience of working within a creative agency or in-house design team at senior level and a portfolio that sings.

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
• You must be cool under pressure, with experience of leading multiple projects and managing competing priorities and deadlines.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

• Experience of working in the brand licensing industry
• An understanding of how style guides are used across licensing and international markets.
• Some experience or practise in understanding how to safely integrate AI into a workflow in accordance with client and agency terms of use criteria.
• Some knowledge, much enthusiasm, and a taste for research – in how projected consumer trends play in to graphic design.

Benefits
